O MY GOD WHAT A FANTASTIC BEER FESTIVAL WE HAD THIS YEAR,IF WE CAN BEAT THAT FOR 2011 IT WILL BE TRULY AMAZING.THE NEW STAGE OUT BACK OF THE VAULTS SAW SOME AWSOME BANDS PLAYING,THE WAYNE MARTIN BAND KICKED IT ALL OFF WITH SOME SMOOTH SOLO'S VIA WAYNE HIMSELF / JEFF GRIMES ON THE HAMOND ORGAN /JEFF OCKINGDON WITH THE 6 STRING BASS AND DRUMM SOLO'S BY THE ONE AND ONLY CARL "MR SOUND" STOKES,FOLLOWING THAT WAS ANOTHER BISHOPS CASTLE BASED NEW BAND "the bc allska's" AND THEY PLAYED THERE SOCKS OFF WOWING THE CROUDS WITH THERE OWN MUSIC,THE NEXT DAY WE KICKED OFF WITH THE BEST FRONT MAN IN SHROPSHIRE AND MAYBE THE WORLD!!!! hahah GRAVY TRAIN

DOING ALL THERE CLASSIC ROCK,THEN WE HAD GUTTERSNIPE GOOD FRIENDS OF THE VAULTS AND THEY FUELED THE CROUDS TO SOME WICKED PUNK MUSIC AND THEN THE FINALACT OF THE WEEKEND AND THERE FINAL GIG AS THERE STOPPING FOR A WILE WERE "smoke like a fish" AND THEY JUST BLEW EVERYONE AWAY WITH THERE SKA MUSIC.THE BEER/CIDER WAS FLOWING LIKE CRAZY AND EVERYONE WAS SMILING AND HAVING A BALL,ROLL ON NEXT YEAR AND EVEN MORE MUSIC AT THE VAULTS.WELL DONE MANDY/WAYNE AND EVERYONE WHO WORKED TO MAKE IT SUCH A SUCCESS. Karaoke/request disco night.

Karaoke night was yet again very funny,Thanks to nick and jamie for all there efforts!!

We also added a request disco in with the night to break it up if people didn't want to sing and that worked real well too.

6th may open mic night!

What a great turn out of musicians,gravy train opened up the night then the one and only space kaddett did something!!! Very funny though,then a mix of people doing rock and roll stuff accompanied by the great Steve day,The bc all ska's did some ace stuff as always,then it was a bit of a mix up free for all,and it was led zeppelin mania.Well done once again too mandy of the vaults for a great musical pub.

Karaoke night last night!

Great night again,what more can I say,They always are for some reason!The night was started off by resident rock star "the space kadet" Then "Mr totally out of tune Justin" The girls party was great fun and they all had many go's keeping everyone interested.Dave from halls sang a very nice suspicious minds by Elvis too.

Bob stiles band!

Well I missed the bob stiles band last night due to being ill!!! So an early night was on the cards for me.I'm sure they were as good as ever and next time I will do double the pictures for the site.

Karaoke night tomorrow be there it's a blast.

Great night in the pub watching the french lads,God the pub was totally packed to the seams,I had to leave at the half way mark due to some customers turning up but when I left it was getting hard to get in the pub from the road!!! The decks are next on the vaults schedule.

3RD DISCO NIGHT AT THE VAULT'S.

What can I say that I haven't said before about the vault's,It's by a mile the best most happening pub I have ever been in and I'm very proud to be part of it.Myself and mandy have taken a risk in these "disco" & "karaoke" night's and never thought they would go down so very well.

Thank you to all the great and loyal customers and friends for attending.Last night we did our 3rd

disco and it was fantastic,check out just a few of the pictures under this post.

9 other participants did not finish,lurched over to an unrecommended upside down position or were driving rebadged skodas.

The points system is quite complicated but worth publishing for future participants. The "gates" are made up of 2 bamboo canes placed in the ground,through which drivers must pass. Touching a stick is one point deducted.Running over a stick is 5 points deducted.Missing a gate entirely is 5 points deducted.Stopping is one point deducted.Rolling back or reversing is 3 points deducted,though stopping then reversing is a total of 3 points. So looking at the leader board one can appreciate the skill the top 6 have.The results are 2 races added together. Some participants in each race racked up 40 plus points plus times of over 5 minutes as they toppled over or got stuck.Its called a race because each participant is timed on a stop watch but the whole thing is done in slow motion.Most participants rarely exceeding 10 mph.

MOON STREAM GIG PICTURES.

Moon stream played last night at the vault's and they had a very nice sound,easy listening blue's music is the nearest I can come up with! It was good to see people that normally stay at the back and are not that bothered coming out to the front to see and listen to them better.I would say they went down well and were for sure one of the quieter bands we have had at the vaults,You could still talk wile having a drink!!

Dave painters birthday at the vault's!

We had a great night last night doing a disco and karaoke night for dave's birthday party,Some very funny attempt's at singing!!!! "if you can call it that" Justin can still not hold a tune to save his life and come to think of it rog carn't either!

troy-nick & mac are the tightest band i have seen in the vault's,they really upped the leval last night.All three of them are great to watch and if you have not seen them yet make sure you do so asap.

KARAOKE NIGHT AMAZING AGAIN!

What a night! It was our second karaoke night in the vaults and it was truly unbelivable,
People wanted to keep singing while were closing! Load's and load's of new faces and really nice people in last night and it was great to see at these hard time's everyone letting it all go and having a party.Thank's to you all that sang and a massive shout out to "allan parry" for having the ball's to be the first up to sing "and very well sang too al".The next one will be in around 3 to 4 weeks time so keep an eye here for the upcoming date.

Vault's open mic 4/3/10.

Great night was had by all last night,Gravy train opened up the night with some rock & roll followed by the BC All ska's "well 3 of the band" But they sounded great as usual,Then banjo joe played some nice accoustic vibe's,Next on were new BC Band "the mouth's" They played 5 of there new songs,Falsh got up and did a great accousic song then gravy train closed the night with fuzz on drums with a wicked version of deep purple's "Black night",Yet again the vault's was the place to be!! DON'T MISS THE NEXT ONE!
